VSPO! is looking to audition English-speaking streamers, content creators, and other spirited
individuals curious about VTubing for our VSPO! EN project! If you are passionate about gaming, virtual
streaming, as well as enjoy playing games, don't miss out on this rare, lucrative opportunity!
- Candidates must be 18 years old or above and female to be considered for this audition.
- Candidates must be fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is desirable but optional.
- Candidates must be able to work as a streamer long-term, and be able to communicate effectively with the team.
- Candidates must be able to maintain a positive atmosphere each stream.
- Candidate must have a keen interest in Japanese Pop Culture and VTubing.
- Candidates must be able to stream without interference in a proper environment with their own equipment.
- Streaming experience is desirable but optional.
- A memorable voice is desirable but not necessary, as potential other skills and personality traits will be considered for auditions.

Screening Process
- Candidates will provide basic information as well as excerpts showcasing their gaming skills.

First Interview
- Qualifying applicants will be contacted within 2 business weeks by e-mail for a first online video interview.

- Qualifying applicants will be asked to perform a private test-stream.
